Catering Equipment Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance is the most cost effective method of
reducing capital expenditure. By utilising a well versed
maintenance procedure, it is possible to prolong the life of
equipment and keep it running when it matters most - when it's
needed. Obviously nobody can guarantee that a range or fryer in a
kitchen is not going to break down during a lunch period, or that
the servery counter is suddenly not going to burn out its
heating elements just as your operators are serving hot meals-
things like that happen, but the odds on it happening can be
dramatically reduced with the use of a programmed Maintenance
Agreement.
